My furniture does not fit the entrance of my house/building
Kindly refer and double check specifications of products prior to ordering. We do not offer refund in such cases.
Can I reschedule my delivery
Usually, our delivery partner intimates prior to delivery. There can be cases where you might be travelling or not available at time of delivery. You may request for a 24 hour hold, beyond that time frame charges of Rs. 500 per day are applicable (as hold charges) till goods are not delivered.
In an event if you want to request for us to hold the goods prior to dispatch, we will happily accommodate it for a period of maximum 5 days without any additional charges.

Though we indicate the delivery timeline on our website at all times, should you need to know more, please write to support@ivyplum.com
Do I pay installation charges for beds?
Absolutely not. We will arrange for installation the next day of your delivery for items that require assembly.
Product arrived in damaged condition
Please write to support@ivyplum.com along with your order/SKU/Design number immediately on receipt of goods.
What are the payment methods?
We accept COD orders. All major credit/debit/net banking is available on our website. We do not store any credit card details on our servers for your added safety.
