Use damp cloth if needed to wipe of dust/dirt occasionally, or use vacuum occasionally.

Do not expose item to direct sunlight as it may cause fading.

Always lift base whilst moving item.

Avoid sitting on armrests.

A one time dry cleaning available within 12 months of purchase.

My furniture does not fit the entrance of my house/building
Kindly refer and double check specifications of products prior to ordering. We do not offer refund in such cases.

Can I reschedule my delivery?
Usually, our delivery partner intimates prior to delivery. There can be cases where you might be travelling or not available at time of delivery. You may request for a 24 hour hold, beyond that time frame charges of Rs. 500 per day are applicable (as hold charges) till goods are not delivered.

In an event if you want to request for us to hold the goods prior to dispatch, we will happily accommodate it for a period of maximum 5 days without any additional charges.

Where is my order?
Though we indicate the delivery timeline on our website at all times, should you need to know more, please write to support@ivyplum.com

Do I pay installation charges for beds?
Absoutely not. We will arrange for instalation the next day of your delivery for items that require assembly.

Product arrived in damaged condition
Please write to support@ivyplum.com along with your order/SKU/Design number immediately on receipt of goods.

What are the payment methods?
We accept COD orders. All major credit/debit/netbanking is available on our website. We do not store any credit card details on our servers for your added safety.

All our products come with a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing defects.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear/cuts of product or fabric.

Returns are only accepted in case of incorrect product supplied. In such an event, please write to support@ivyplum.com within 2 hours of delivery made.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment made. Kindly notify us on support@ivyplum.com for a refund minus 2.5% of cancelation fee.

We offer a full refund on orders that cannot be processed by IvyPlym for unforseen circumstances.
