Refund period
In case you change your mind after placing your order, kindly let us know within 12 hours of order placement on support@ivyplum.com We will initiate the refund, less 2.5% payment gateway charges. This will be processed within 7 days and reflect in your account from where the payment was initiated. Beyond the 12 hour period, we will not be able to initiate part/full refund. -
Damaged products
We take utmost care whilst delivering your goods, however if goods arrive in a damaged condition, then do bring it to the notice of the delivery personal and click a photo and mail it to support@ivyplum.com within the same date of delivery. -
Wrong Items
If goods delivered at your location are not and different from your placed order, please let us know on support@ivyplum.com
WARRANTIES
- All our products have a warranty for 1 year on manufacturing defects, termite and boarer. The warranty does not apply or ceases if, a) minor scratches, small cuts occur during cleaning process b) Damage caused by incorrect installation (if installation performed by customer) c) Cracks during installation (if installation performed by customer d) Product mishandled at Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment made. Kindly notify us on support@ivyplum.com for a refund minus 2.5% of cancelation fee.
- We offer a full refund on orders that cannot be processed by IvyPlym for unforseen circumstances customers place e) Product exposed to direct sunlight or water.
- We do not offer warranties on upholstery.
VARIATION
- 1- Though we follow standard operating procedures whilst making products, there may be color variation from item to item.
- 2- Products shown on picture may not exactly reflect on product delivered due to color optimization on website images.
- 3- An unevenness of 2 to 3 MM or more may be evident in some cases.
- 4- We do not take any responsibility for surface level differences at shipping address.
DELIVERY AND INSTALATION
- 1- Most of our products are easy, self-assembly and do it yourself. We currently do not offer company installation services.
- 2- There is no extra cost for delivery unless the delivery address is in a) outskirts of municipal/city limits. You may write to support@goodfurnitureworks.com for knowing rates for any specific pin-code if required or bulk shipment charges.
- 3- There will be a cost of Rs. 500 / Rs. 1,000 or Rs. 2,000 for any missed deliveries that will be re-attempted by our team.
- 4- All items will be delivered at customers shipping address as and when societies allow as per their rules and regulations. In an event of any timings to be followed, please make sure you send as prior information before dispatch of your product.
- 5- There will be a holding charge of Rs. 500 per day in an event if customer wishes for us to hold the ready order for a later date of delivery.
- 6- Our delivery personal will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at your shipping address and if goods are not accepted-they will return with goods to the warehouse and a re-attempt of delivery will be made after booking another delivery slot basis costs as mentioned on point 5.
PAYMENTS
- Our website Ivy Plum is HTPPS protected (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) We do not store any information regarding your credit/debit card.
- We accept all online payments via bank transfers, all valid debit/credit cards.
- We do not store any information regarding your credit/debit card.
- An order is only confirmed once the transaction amount is received by Good Furniture Works.
- An order is not confirmed if the payment has bounced for any reason.
- An invoice will be mailed upon successful delivery of product at shipping location.
- All payments include GST or IGST charges (as applicable) on the check-out page.
